There are Churches and Cathedrals all over New York City, and some really famous ones too (but I can't remember their names, I can't even remember which Churches these ones below are.) There were quite a few close by the branch, one of my favorite ones was just the next avenue over, I saw it the last day I was there sad I know.
This Church had the prettiest red doors, unfortunately when I walked by there was also bars over them and people sitting in front of them, so I did not get a picture.

This Cathedral is on 5th Avenue,it was raining super hard so I just snapped a quick picture and kept walking. It might have been St Pete's I can't remember. There were a bunch of people hiding under the scaffolding to try and get out of the rain.

This Cathedral was gorgeous. I could not get a whole picture of it. It was HUGE! I walked to it on my lunch break but did not have much time so I only saw the front and some of the Children's Statue Garden next to it. When I left my taxi driver drove behind it and I could not believe the size.

I was not able to get a picture of the whole front without standing in the middle of the road while traffic, so just imagine this same thing only flopped to the other side.

I can't remember what church this was but it was not far from my hotel in midtown. It was late and their were people sleeping on the steps so I did not pause long to take a good picture. This church also had a cafe on the south side that was open during the day, it was pretty cool.

I can't believe all the architecture, it is so gorgeous. And to think that a lot of it was built so long ago is even more amazing. I wish that I would have been able to go in these buildings and walk around them so more. Their beauty is astonishing.
