I know it was a few weeks ago but I have been gone. So here it is... One of my favorite holidays is the 24th of July. When my sisters were younger they competed in rodeos and 4 H and I think that is where the love of this holiday came from. They were always so busy around the 24th with different events and we went to all of them. It is now a family tradition to go to the Ogden Pioneer Days Rodeo, esp on the 24th when they announce Miss Rodeo Utah. This year was no different. It was a lot of fun to be there and hang out with the family.
I loved seeing the sky divers bring in the Flag it was beautiful.
Even more than the flag I loved seeing the reaction of the crowd when they brought out men and women of our armed forces! It brought tears to my eyes to see the gratitude and appreciation for these members of our military.
